美国白宫关于中、美贸易协议的声明

昨天中、美双方都公开宣布贸易谈判达成“第一阶段协议”，中方由商务部副部长王受文在电视台上宣读了一项声明（没有找到文字全文），美方则由白宫发布一个简短的文字声明（点击这里），该声明第一次把特朗普昨天的推文（点击这里）作为该声明的一个组成部分。
以下是白宫声明的要点：
- As a result of President Donald J. Trump’s leadership, the United States reached a historic and enforceable phase one agreement with China that achieves progress on a number of critical fronts. （在特朗普总统的领导下，美国与中国达成了一个历史性的可执行的第一阶段协议，从而在一系列重要问题上取得进展。）
- China has agreed to structural reforms in areas of intellectual property, technology transfer, agriculture, financial services, and currency and foreign exchange. （中国同意在知识产权、技术转让、农业、金融服务、货币及汇率等方面的结构性改革。）
