来到美国多年，英文七窍通了六窍，还是“一窍不通”。外出找工常常碰壁，最主要原因是英文不过关。好在英文的电脑录入没有问题，才有机会写些体会与朋友分享。

      我符合政府规定的公民考试的条件了，但由于英文不好，不敢参加考试。热心的朋友还是劝我尽早考上公民，于是拿来一份最新的英文习题，要我好好静下心学习学习。也许只是为了不辜负朋友的期望，真是坐下认真开始学习了。一心想走捷径的我，对着这么多枯燥的单词和句子，总希望能找到一种更容易的记忆方法。三天过去了，倒真是悟到了一些规律，现将它写与朋友分享.

一、拆分法：例如constitution宪法这个单词，拆成：cons-ti-tu-ti-on ，你只记住cons,再记下ti-tu-ti 及on, 其中ti-tu-ti 都包含"t". 三组串连起来就将这个单词记住了。又如cicil 可拆分成 ci-ci-l ,这个单词也就轻易记住了？又如：natoinanal 或拆成 na-tion-na-l .举一反三，可根据自己的习惯去拆分，就如文字游戏一样，这样方法的学习，也很有益于老年人的学习，对防止痴呆有效，胜过服用“通塞脉片”。

二、图解法：发挥想象能力，将一个字变成一幅图片，如：coloies先拆成 c-olo-ies 中间的那一组olo 可理解为脸上的两个圆圆的眼睛，中间一竖是鼻梁，这样这个单词就记住了。food与foot 两个字容易混，foot是单数的脚的单词，单词后面有t, 想象"t" 是脚上穿的靴，这样想象后，food与foot 永远也不会混淆了。你可以充分发挥自己的想象，特别针对难记的单词，这种记忆方法应该是有效果的。
