Had a discussion with my manager today and I got my approval to add my vacation days to the end of Christmas Break. Now I have three weeks off so I'm going to do the sensible thing and go visit motherland.

I'm already planning to have a few drinks with my grandparents.

Inevitability questions will be asked on when I'll get married and start producing the great grandchildren. (This is the downside of being the oldest male grandson.)

So if anybody else will be around Xi'an, Beijing or Shenzhen between Dec-17 to Jan 07, let me know.

PS.

I'll also be in Tianjin for work during Nov 07 - Nov 11th, never been to the city so if anybody can give me some pointers that would be appreciated.
