2012年在美国上市IPO的三家中国公司

CHINA-BASED U.S. IPOs in 2012

In 2010, thirty-six (36) China-based companies successfully launched IPOs in the U.S. After the collapse of this sector, only three (3) such companies have succeeded in 2012. All three 2012 U.S. IPOs are Internet concerns, which include:

(1) YY http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=YY&ql=1 Launched at $10.50 per share on November 21, 2012; today closed at $12.23 per share.

(2) VIPS http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=VIPS&ql=0 Launched at $5.50 per share on March 23, 2012; today closed at $12.17 per share.

(3) AQ http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=AQ&ql=0 Launched at $6.00 per share on April 27, 2012; today closed at $5.98 per share.
