I bought several sets of Vident iauto702 pro diagnostic tools. One set has no memory card data. I downloaded data, it already turns on but it does not work. The serial number displayed on the screen is different from the device. I got an authorization prompt “The vehicle program is not authorized. Please obtain the authorization!" as below.

Make sure the serial number in the application is the same as you devise0. Otherwise, it will prompt not authorized. Please check the serial number again and retry.
